This is about the time of year where my goals fall to the wayside. Spring comes around and I lose momentum. I get lazy and my goals aren’t “new” anymore so I lose focus and want to give up. This year, I’m gonna power through this. There’s nothing special about January 1st, as my friend Lara says, and I’ve decided that April 1st is my new January 1st. That said, I’m starting over (sort of). I’m not focusing on what went wrong, but on what’s going right. For this reason, I won’t be listing the things that didn’t get done last month (I’m adding some to this month’s goals instead) and I won’t be overloading myself with goals for this month. April is the start of wedding season for me and I know that comes with a hefty time commitment so I’m keeping my goals sweet and simple for now. So, here are my April 2016 goals:
Below are the goals I accomplished last month. Again, I’m focusing on what went right in order to not lose momentum :)
As always, I’d LOVE to hear about your current goals. How are your 2016 year goals looking? Don’t lose momentum now! We’re 1/4 of the way through the year! Check back in with your goals to make sure they resonate with you and that you’ve created them for the right reasons. If not, switch it up. It’s totally okay to rethink your goals throughout the year! Leave a comment below and tell me about what’s been working so far in 2016!
Happy Friday, everyone!
You’re amazing my friend! Praying for a joyful and productive April :)
Thank you, Rhi! I’m praying for you as you navigate the waters of work-from-home-mommahood!
